vineyards surround the Winery with 15 hectares (37 acres) of completed
reconverted French stocks of Tannat, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit
Verdot, Malbec, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay using espaldera and Lyra
system channelling adapted to each variety. They are planted in high
lands on calcareous soil, favouring a balanced harvest and provide an
excellent quality grape production. By avoiding fertilization and competition
with natural grass they allow the maximum use of natural resources.
