Grapes: 50 % Tannat - 50 % Malbec

Vinification: Each variety was harvested separately at the optimum ripeness for each varietal.Maceration in cold for 12 hours.

The wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation between 64 to 71 degrees Fahrenheit using specially selected yeast.
After the initial fermentation, the wine spends 14 days resting on the lees before it undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks to enhance both fruit and structure.

Wine stays in the stainless steel tanks until its bottled.

Alcohol: 13%


This wine features an intense ruby red color.
Has spicy aromas and flavors of vanilla bean, cassis and chocolate.
The Malbec presents a forward, fruity character while the Tannat provides a firm, tannic structure.
Medium-bodied on the palate with a long, persistent finish.
