Grapes: 48% Merlot - 23% Cabernet-Sauvignon
19% Syrah - 10% Tempranillo

Vineyard Location: Albacete, Tierra de Castilla, Spain

Vinification: This wine is produced from hand-picked grapes sourced from low-yield vineyards and is night-harvested at maximum ripeness. Temperature-controlled fermentation is followed by nine months of ageing and additional twelve months bottle-ageing in our cellars prior to release.

Barrel Aging: New American and French oak barrels.

Aged: 9 months in new American and French oak barrels.
Bottle-aged for 12 months prior to release.

Production: 3184 cases of 750 ML.
334 cases Magnum Version (1.5L).

Alcohol: 14%

Serving Temperature: 60ºF - 64ºF

Tasting Notes: Intense red cherry in color. Mature red fruit aromas with accents of roasted coffee, vanilla and dried fruits. Big, supple fruit on the palate, full-bodied and well-structured, with an intense, long, persistent finish.

Food Pairing: A good match with meat, stews, game and cheese.
