DESCRIPTION:    Deep nose with layers of fresh cherries, plumbs, cook strawberries. Explosive berry taste with some black cherries, milk chocolate and cinnamon taste. Very round ripe tannins, mid to full body with cherries and black berries on the after taste.

The Merlot Vineyard is located near the northern end of the Napa Valley East of Calistoga, southwest of Palisades Mountains and west of Chalk hill. This 1 acre vineyard was planted in perfect well drain white rocky loamy soils in 1992; perfect conditions to produce this very high quality Merlot.
