This wine has aromas of black
cherries, raspberries, plum and spices with a touch of oak. The layers of silky red and black fruit are framed with seamless
tannins and a long beautiful finish.

FERMENTATION:
Small open top stainless steel
tanks. Inoculated with a Saccharomyces cerevisiae species after cold soaking. The cap was punched down two times per day.
The wine was transferred to American oak barrels to complete fermentation.
