The Tannat has proved itself the grape variety best suited to the soils and climate of Uruguay.
Specially selected grape bunches were harvested by hand from Tannat lot Nº 10 and give origin at his Tannat Reserva These are the oldest
vines in the vineyards with a low production of 60hl/hectare.
Every bunch was again individually checked on the sorting table to ensure only the best quality grapes of maximum ripeness are used in
this reserve cuvee. De-stemmed and lightly crushed to allow whole berries to pass into the must before being chilled to 13º C for approximately
72 hours.
After alcoholic fermentation was complete, there was a further maceration period of 21 days which the malolatic fermentation took place.
Aged in American oak for 12 months.
Alcohol: 13%
Dark ruby colour with hints of purple; with aroma of plums and wild berries.
Rich and full bodied with flavours of stone fruits, long lingering finish with great age potential.

Delicious with lamb, steak, beef, and Game dishes.
