Don Próspero:      Pinot Noir Reserva 2013

 

Grapes grown on our estate vineyards in Canelón Chico.
Selected bunches are hand harvest from low yielding vines
to enhance fruit flavour and greater concentration.

Fermented with traditional methods.

Aged: 6 months in French oak.


This wine offers notes of cherry and raspberry on the nose with a brilliant ruby colour.
Complex and delicate aromas of red fruits and flowers typical of the variety.
On the palate, It is well balanced and it has intense berry flavors that mingle with soft, supple tannins that linger in a long, elegant finish.
An outstanding value for certain.

Food Pairing: Pinot Noir is well-suited to pair with poultry, beef, fish, ham, lamb and pork.
It will play well with creamy sauces, spicy seasonings and may just be one of the world's most versatile food wines.
