Vineyard location: Lujan de Cuyo and Vistalba, Mendoza.

Age of the vineyard: 50 years old.

Yielding: 45 hl / ha

Grapes: 100 % Malbec grapes.

Harvest: Deleafing and green picking is done in December.
Harvest is realized manually the first two weeks in april in small trays of 20 kg in order not to damage the grapes.
Before vinification, meticulous sorting is performed by hand in order to select the best grapes. Bleeding 10%

Fermentation: With indigenous yeast at controlled temperature of 26 °C. Four pumping over per day and a long maceration (30 days).

Aged: A 40% of the wine approximatively is aged in French Oak Barrels during 12 montbs and then blended with the part of the production which remained in stainless steel tanks. Clarification with fresh egg whites.

Alcohol: 14,5 %

Tasting Notes: Dark red color with violet tones.
A beautiful Malbec with a very complex and spicy bouquet with red fruits, chocolate and Vanilla.
Well structured and balanced, long in the mouth with sweet ripe tannins.
