Grapes: 100 % Merlot grapes.

Harvest: All the grapes are picked up manually transported in small trays (18 kilos) to the cellars to prevent from damage.

Vinification : this exceptional Merlot is produced from grapes grown in our best vineyards in Patagonia. In order to get optimum fruit character, de-leafing and green harvesting are adopted in the vineyards to arc hi eve better ripeness and concentration of the tannins. In the cellar, all the grapes are sorted manually reserving only the best for the wines. Indigenous yeasts are used exclusively in fermentation in order to preserve the expression or the terroir. The wines are then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting notes: intense, deep, cherry red colour.

Generous palate with nuances of wild berries, hints of chocolate, spices and delicious vanilla. Long and elegant structure with delicate and soft tannins.
