Infinitus: Chardonnay 2013

Grapes: Blend of 80 % Chardonnay grapes and 20 % Semillon grapes.

ALcohol: 14.0 %

Harvest: 25th February - 16th March
Harvesting is performed manually and the grapes are transported in small trays to the cellar in order not to damage them.

Vinification : Traditional methods of production are used in the winery: following 8 hours of skin contact, the must settles at low temperature before fermenting at a controlled temperature of 16°C with its indigenous yeasts.

Then the wine kept in vats at low temperature in order to preserve its aroma.

Tasting notes: A very original combination where the sensual aromas of the Chardonnay harmonize with the firmer structure of the Semillon.

Shiny golden yellow in colour.

Very elegant and powerful bouquet of exotic fruits with hints of lemon and grapefruit.

Fresh, with a full taste and excellent balance with a very sensual finish.
