Cold maceration to achieve fruity aromas.
Fermentation with indigenous yeast at 28 ºC in order to preserve the optimum expression of the "terroir".
Pumped over four times per day and extended maceration period of 30 days.
Ageing:
100% exclusively in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Final clarification with fresh egg whites and 12 months in bottle before to be release.

Supple, lush, with round, delicious textures, this wine reveals hints of blackcurrant, cedar, and raspberry
that yield to bigger structured black fruit, coffee bean and violet nuances. Bold flavors of plum and black berry
linger long on the palate resulting in an impeccably well-balanced wine.
