With indigenous yeast in order to preserve the optimum expression of the "terroir" at controlled temperature of 26 °C.
Pumped over four times per day and extended maceration period of 30 days.
30 % of the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Final clarification with fresh egg whites.
Intense ruby red color. True varietal character with hints of ripe red fruits.
Full bodied, delicate and complex palate with round finish.
