Grapes: Blend of 85 % Malbec grapes, 10 % Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, and 5 % Merlot grapes. Alcohol: 14.5%

Harvest: The grapes were harvested at their peak of maturity and gathered in small trays in order not to damage them.

This amazing wine was vinificated with the same tradition and Savoir-Faire as the wines from Bordeaux, with grapes grown in the best parts of our oldest vineyards, and meticulously sorted prior to vinification.

Vinification : Strict temperature control during the fermentation process and a long maceration over a 30-day period allowed this wine a great structure and personality, typical of a great wine suitable for aging.

This wine was matured for 16 months in French oak barrels (with more than 35 % of new oak) selected specifically from the best French forests (Allier, Nevers) which provide subtle tannins, and give to this wine its harmony and complexity.

Finishing was performed with traditional fresh egg white fining ensuring perfect clarity without aftering its personality or structure prior to bottling.

Tasting notes: Deep red color with rich violet tones. The bouquet provides an explosion of red fruits like blackberries and raspberries.

The French oak adds delicious hints of vanilla and complexity.

On the palate, the wine is round, dense and full with a great structure and soft tannins. Long velvety finish.
